The Purpose of the WVSHA is to promote and improve the equestrian sports of dressage, combined training, and hunter / jumpers in the State of West Virginia and to support horse related activities and projects which will benefit the community, primarily through educational programs.
Membership shall be open to all persons. Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues. There shall be three classes of membership: Adult members, Junior Members and Family members.
